1. Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and tags, when applicable.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or not functioning properly
  • Different from the item you ordered

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges
